Enrollment policies
At Al-Arafatul Muqadasah Islamic Academy enrollment shall be open to every child, provided the school can meet the child’s special needs and accommodate him/her. Also, enrollment in the school shall be granted without discrimination in sex, race, color or political ideology.
The following requirements must be met in order to enroll a student in Al-Arafatul Muqadasah Islamic Academy.
- Birth certificate: A child's age must fall within the age ranges stated in each section of the school.
- Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial for admission into J.S.S.
- Complete records from previous school
- Entrance examination and pre-screening interview.
- Any student with special medical condition must provide necessary medical reports/certificates
- Other relevant pre-requisite Examination Certificates such as BECE/NECO etc. as the case may be.
Admission Procedure
Step 1: Obtain Admission Form
All applicant must complete the school's admission application form, available on the school portal (website) or visit the school administrative office to purchase the admission form.
Step 2: Entrance Examination & Interview
All prospective students must sit for our placement examination, covering English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. This is followed by an oral interview for the student and a brief interaction with the parents/guardians to ensure alignment with the school’s Islamic values.

Admitted applicants will receive their admission letter on the school portal and pay the stipulated fee to secure the his/her admission.
